The number of revisions prescribed by the customers depends on the package that they have selected. Moreover, you are not liable to pay additional costs if the design concepts are not changed. Perhaps you will have to wait for 48 hours max to get your design redesigned.

If you ask for any changes or revisions after the logo is finalised, keep in mind that it will be charged separately to you.

• If the business is closing due to some reasons, or changing its name.
• For reasons such as “change of mind,” disagreements with a partner, or other non-service-related issues.
• In case of any service bundle selection or change of mind, the refunds will be applied only to the specific service in question, not the entire package.
• After 15 days of the package purchase, no refunds will be entertained.
• Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.

The refunds are only available if the initial design concept is rejected by the clients; however, additional changes or modifications are non-refundable. Expert Logo Designs reserves the right to deduct 33% of the total billing amount to cover the processing, management, and service costs.
